This small group class will help you focus on identifying who the safe, supportive people are in your life. Who is in your core circle? Are you creating effective boundaries in relationships that fall outside of that circle?  How are you managing the expectations of yourself and others?  Developing a clear understanding of how to communicate and interact within these boundaries will relieve enormous frustration and stress involving the many relationships you have in your life.
