During your initial intake appointment, you'll have an opportunity to discuss what brought you here. Your counselor will help you establish realistic expectations for your work together and set a desired schedule of meeting dates and times. We want you to leave feeling confident about moving forward.
Insurance can reduce the cost of mental health therapy by covering part or all of the session fees, depending on your plan. Please check your coverage details to understand copays, deductibles, and options regarding in-network and out-of-network providers.

Initial Intake appointment - 1 hour = $200.00
Family Therapy - 1 hour = $155.00
Couples Therapy - 1 hour = $155.00
Individual Therapy - 1 hour = $155.00
Individual Therapy - 45 minutes = $125.00
Individual Therapy - 30 minutes or less = $105.00
