If your personal information has been stored in backup archives, it will be done securely and isolated from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Should such a breach occur in our systems, Margaret Norman and Associates, P.C. is required to notify you of such an incident.

Our office works with and may share information with Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to specific information to perform the designated tasks. Appropriate BAAs and/or Contracts are in place with these entities to help safeguard your personal information. This means they cannot share or do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They also commit to protecting the data they hold on our behalf and retaining it for the period we instruct. The categories of third parties we may share personal information with are as follows:
