I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families in a collaborative process to promote healthy change, even under the most difficult circumstances. A graduate of East Carolina University Marriage & Family Therapy program, Jennifer is trained in family systems theories and is a licensed marriage and family therapist who has worked with families for over 15 years. She specializes in relational issues, conflict management, divorce, infidelity, couple and family concerns, and has specialized training in mediation and discernment counseling. She sees individuals, couples, and families. After a sense of safety, comfort, and curiosity are established, Jennifer explores your relational and family history. In session, she looks to observe and bring to light both productive and non-productive relational patterns. Sessions are designed to promote continued self-awareness, re-alignment of family dynamics, and clarity in improving your quality of life.
Jennifer is gifted with helping you understand and practice outside of therapy sessions, strategies that support change & progress. Approaches used for therapy may be a family system approach, solution focused therapies, or relational life therapy depending on the unique needs of the situation.
